Is this heat press any good?

It seems fairly cheap so possibly too good to be true. Does anyone have any experience with this brand (Blue Wave) or item in particular?
Has anybody purchased from Signzworld and if so what are they like for customer service etc.?
Our budget for a heat press for creating custom t-shirts and hoodies is probably about £300. If the above is not suitably good, what would you recommend?
I've read that you ideally want to be able to 'thread' a garment over the press, to prevent issues with burn/shine marks from ridges/hems from the other side of the garment. The above press does not look like you can do this.
