You'll need to research ehich printing methods are most suitable for you first. This will depend on the market you are selling to and the funds you have available to buy stock and equipment.
For t-shirts, you're looking at everything from pigment heat transfers, through sublimation, vinyl, screen printing, then on to the very expensive DTG methods.
For decals, you'll need a printer and cutter, or a combined ptinter/cutter, preferably using eco-solvent inks.
