Hi my names lankmastaflex and have been doing graphic design for over 10 years mainly for fun but also went to college for digital media.

I am using my design skills to launch a small t shrit store of my own graphic design.

I am looking for some help getting started :)

I need to do full color prints so Ill need to do heat transfer, but I don't want to make those low quality heat transfers that fall apart in a few washes.

1. I heard pigment ink is best, but what sort of shirts are best? 10% polyester ones?)

2. I'm wonder what the best budget epson or other printer would be that can print over 8.5x14 (preferably 13x17 or 11x14+)?

3. Finally I'm wondering how people do full color, full shirt transfers where the print covers the full shirt, and even arms?

Thanks for all your support! :)

You might consider doing dye sublimation. You can use a $150 Epson WorkForce WF-7210 printer with third party (dye) ink and refillable cartridges. 100% polyester white tees only.
