Hi Friends in the Industry

Hi Friends -- I'm hoping that T-Shirt Forums will help me navigate into shop ownership. We've owned our little t-shirt shop for almost 2 years now and need to hire a new employee. Where do you go to find top notch candidates in the San Diego, CA area?

I appreciate any advice you can give.

I doubt anyone here can help unless they live in your area, how about a "Help Wanted" sign in the window and see what happens?
