my dad and i went to look for a program.. but the most they had was a lame "put your cats face here" program.

i want something that i can upload my own images onto and play around with.. instead of drawing with sharpie on my clothes lol :D

so i dunno if anyone could recomend something thats not to costly, cause i'm kinda poor XP haha

please help if you can
thankyou! :]

Hi, welcome.

Do these 5 things and you should be well on your way.

1) read this thread: http://www.t-shirtforums.com/graphics-design-help/t20375.html

2) Google "inkscape" - It is a free, open source vector art program and is very capable of producing professional quality results.

3) Read everything you can about it before asking any questions about it, then download it and learn how to use it. There is an abundance of tutorials on youtube and elsewhere on the net. Do not expect to become an expert at using inkscape over night, but also understand that if you are willing to put the time into practicing and learning that you will get good at it.

4) One of the keys to being successful is learning how to be resourceful. Take the time to search the forum and the net (google is your friend), before you ask, to see if your questions have already been answered by someone else (99.99999% of the time they already have); See if you can answer them yourself, before asking.

5) Turn off bold type.
