We have an input wire that travels to our top flip switch that then transfers and goes to our output wire that travels to our output that tells our squeegee to print. When the input wire is plugged in this causes our machine to no longer index, table up and table down in the auto start mode. When we remove the input wire from the flip switch then our machine will go back to indexing, tabling up and tabling down and so on but it will not print. When we turn the print head on it must hit a safety feature as it causes all the air to be released and the arms to be released and the CPU flashes the red status button and pgm button. We were working for about 2 years prior to this sudden issue and have been fighting it for a month. We’ve replaced the input module, had the memory card re-programmed and replaced the power supply. It seems now like it’s a wiring issue but we are still having trouble figuring it out. Any ideas would be more than appreciated!
