Has anyone had trouble with Stahls Express Print?
I ordered a roll last week and when my other roll of Express print ran out I replaced it with my new roll. I continued the job but when it started cutting the media came right off the carrier while it was cutting. I adjusted the force thinking maybe this lot was thinner or something, I am fairly new at this, anyway... same thing it pulled right up off the carrier. I took the roll out and compared it to a piece of express print that I had from my last roll and it is completely not sticking to the carrier. You can just pull it off without any effort and it bubbles up if you rub your hand on it. I had them send me a new roll because I have customers waiting for their orders and I got the new roll today which has the same problem. (still have customers waiting
) Now I don't know what to do... do I wait for another roll and hope it is a good one, or try a new media and hope that I like it and it works? I really hope that it is just a bad batch of material, because I really like this when it works like it is supposed to.
