Help with Site and Shirt Design

I launched myl website bluecollarwear.com two weeks ago and have just finished a week long "test" of driving traffic to my site through facebook and google ads. Although I have gotten a lot of good comments from friends and those who have seen the shirts (of course) I want honest critiques from my peers. Please look at my site and designs and give me your real thoughts. My conversion ratio is around .35 percent and with that kind ratio I can't afford to pay for clicks. Right now I only sell online but soon plan to move to selling to retail stores based on the info I learn here so please give me your thoughts.
