Hi im very new to DTG printing with my texjet. I keep reading about power cleaning but i can't find how to do it in the manual. Unless it's what I was told to do every morning {pushing menu for 3 seconds}. Can someone possibly let me know. Thanks in advance. It's the weekend here in Greece and the company and service is closed otherwise I would be asking them.

hi, your installation should have come with a polyprint tool. normally an icon on your desktop, click this and it will also give you the option to the printer counter reset
