Help with Pantograms Designer Series Software

Hi! I am new to this site. I am having a problem with Pantograms Designer Series Software--no support from Pantograms. When I try & send a large design to the machine, 124,000 stitches (Toyota 860) it comes up with Run-time error '340' element array '30' doesn't exist. This is a merged design. I can send smaller merged designs, but not this one. Any help would be appreciated. Alona

Try this:
Clear any designs in machine memory and try sending to machine again.
Maybe you have exceeded the number of stitches it can hold in memory.
Not with this one design,but by having many designs in memory you could be near the limit.

I don't have a Toyota or use Pantograms.

Hi! Thank you so much for your help. I deleted all the files on my machine. I discovered it will only accept 106,000. stitches. I broke down the design and it went right through. Alona
