I don't use embird.
Are you not able to just use the return key to start a new line when typing text in embird?

If not, then do B&S CONSTRUCTION as one text object and (CLEVELAND) LTD as another,
then use alignment options to get the two text objects aligned how you want.

I've just opened it up in Embird and it looks ok. The only thing is that the size of the B (height) might need stretching to open up the loops.
After all you have set the height of the lettering at 10mm - personally I'd resize it in "Editor" to make it taller - therefore easier to read.
Hope that helps

I feel like you have far too much underlay and top stitching unlesss you are on some kind of terrible fabric here. I whipped out a version as I would do it for most fabrics in my softwear. You should be fine at this size, in my opinion. As long as the voids in your letters are about 1mm wide/tall as are the satin stitches, you'll likely be ok if all the other settings are working. Feel free to check out my file if you like.

thanks for that erich i tried mine again using a different font but yors is better :)
You are very welcome. Measure some of the densities and such on my file, it'll help you with your settings if embird has them to adjust. I'm not familiar. :)

I have been using Embird for years now. I have to ask, did you use a .ttf font for your original? It seems that the font you used, had some very wavy edges.?
Also, when using embird, you would need to do each line seperatly, for small lettering, I would change the desity to a 4.5 for satin stitch with a center line underlay.
If you are using embird editor to do the lettering, go to insert font engine text, type in the lettering, click on properties, click on auto column, no outline, then click on parameters, Density 4.5, unclick auto select column underlay, then click center. click ok

If you are using stuido, it would depend on which version of embird you are using.
Hope this helps
