Help with imageclip laser dark white borders

Hey guys I'm new to this forum and business, I bought a heat press, oki laser printer and lots of imageclip laser dark and laser light.

Well I printed on imageclip laser dark and I'm getting a white border on the text, I guess from the transfer paper, how would I go by eliminating this without xacto-ing it out? Or am I doing something wrong?

I'm marrying the papers at 250 for 20 seconds and peeling while hot
