Help with image centering on new template/platen

HELP! Very new to printing, had new platen shipped and had it set up, now image is off center. Tried adjusting with the x-y axix in rip pro, now it is still not centered and if I go too deep into negative numbers then the software shuts off completely. NO LUCK WITH RESPONSE FROM TECH SUPPORT. And yes, we are sitting ducks, wanted to print enough to open our business Saturday! :(
