HI Folks,

Need a little help. We have a 4 in 1 Multi-functional Heating Press and have been attempting to apply printed Heat Transfer onto Yupong caps, but keep getting a crease in the middle of the transfer. It's like the cap isn't quite sitting down all the way??

Anyone got any advice to help me along?

It is a cap platen and looks like it should work, but not quite as expected....

i use 2 tube socks
one folded in thirds vertically across the middle of the bottom platen,
and one folded in half horizontally across

do a quick pre-press w/o full pressure (just the weight of the top platen)
that will let you know if any creasing will occur
adjust socks as needed
