Ok, I have been trolling and found some info, but still have some lamen questions. Im using plastisol inks, and have a heat gun for my flash cures. I just got in a heat press for my final cures and really have no idea about using it. It comes with a Teflon sheet... But I've seen some people saying you had to use a new sheet for every shirt? Also, if I have shirts with front and back images, I'm guessing I should print the front, flash dry, heat press, then return to the screen printer and do the back...? Or can I final cure front and back together?? Any info will be much appreciated. Actually,If anyone is using a heat press for final curing, can I get a step by step precedure for how you do it?

You will have to cure each side separate.
Print one side, cure. Back to the pree, print another side, cure.

I use greaseproof baking paper. If you allow it to cool a bit then slow peel then it shouldn't take any ink with it. And it's cheap.
