The larger font looks like Collegiate. There are a couple of 'college' fonts that are similar.
The smaller font looks mostly like Imitation. It looks like something in between a couple of fonts so it might not be "one" font but something custom worked.
And the What the Font link provided by ArtowrkGuru is a very valuable tool. Bookmark that site, you will use it often.
