The black ink head seems to be leaking ink. Where the head sits, below the anti drying caps its full of ink.

I already checked the tubes to make sure they were flat down and no ink was coming back.

Any other suggestions on what I can check??

There is no "Go Advanced" nor "manage attachments" options/buttons

Under the Miscellaneous Options the next category is "Fancy Media Options" which is for videos. Under that is "thread subscription" then "Rate thread" Then the option to Submit Reply and Preview Post

We put in a support ticket with Epson yesterday and apparently from what they saw in the pictures the parts needed are
• MAINTENANCE ASSY ESL,ASP(CLEANING UNIT) •DUCT,CR,ASSY,ASP(CR DUCT)
• SCALE, CR(T-FENCE)

Parts and Shipping is $347
but the service/labor is $625 which i find ridiculously high!!!

Are they coming to your location?
Most printer techs are paid travel time as well as the time to remove old/damaged parts and install the new parts.
At one of our locations we have a company about 1 block away from us that offers printer repair for most brands...they charge us a fee for drive time.

It says Call Out Charge $100 so im assuming that is the travel time.
