Please help!

I've purchased a ciss with pigment ink from

CISS Ink Supply Systems. CISS ink and CIS cartridge printing specialist | City Ink Express

For an epson B1100. I did so on recommendation, having watched youtube vids of the same set-up running smoothly. Straight forward to a point, but printer fails to recognise the cartridges, and i get the incompatible message on the computer. I've had them in and out, cleaned the backs with alcohol also pressed the reset button a bunch of times.At one point 3 of the cartridges/compartments were recognised, but in trying to sort the others, none now seem compatible.

Any knowledge/links would be gratefully received.

Problem solved! faulty chip to blame. Replacement sent and easily installed.

You have the wrong chip set, there is a differnece between the wf1100 & B1100.. Cobra systems themselves told me.
