I just bought this, got it out of the box set it up, try to print, it says paper jam, okay, so I check no paper jammed. For the past two hours it has said paper jam and printer error over and over. It doesn't matter if there is paper in it or not, paper error. It won't even stay turned on for 30 seconds without saying paper jam. Even if I don't even try to print something. Help please

I bought it from a reseller on eBay and apparently their meaning of "new" means refurbished. So I sent it back, ordered it off epson and it's worked perfectly.

sorry for your troubles. i always worry about ebay. i plan on buying mine on amazon later today but am unsure about inks. did you buy after market inks? or are you using the ink that came with printer?

No I bought aftermarket pigment inks from cobra. I bought the refillable cartridges. I heard the pigment ink from epson comes with a chemical in it to make shelf life longer and it turns it yellow when you transfer. I saved my inks in the original packaging in case anything goes wrong with the cobras.
