Ok, here we go...I had to get a new computer because it died...I lost the cd for the corel draw so I got a new one..no bigge...I have the vinyl cutter r31 series...and a dongle that doesn;t fit in any of my ports..REALLY! What is that about? How come it doesn't fit and what can I do! Do I have to uninstall everything and take the computer back?? I take my dongle key with me to buy the next computer. I just bought the WINPC2012 I hope that doesn't have a wacky dongle..lol..Can someone help!

Winpcsign 2012 has a dongle, but it plugs into any USB. If the old dongle is not USB it may be a serial and most computers do not come with that...if this is the case, you can get a USB to serial adapter.......I think!
Get the computer shop to put in another port of the type you need. Its a straight forward job for a computer technician and takes no time at all. I use a lot of USB ports on my computer and when I got a new computer I asked in the shop for some extra ones. The tech fitted me a bank of 4 in about 20 mins

What kind of a computer did you buy? Or what kind of a dongle is it? My dongle that came with my BlingIt Software looks just like a USB flash drive. Those are standard in size on every computer I've ever used. I don't know why yours wouldn't fit unless it's a really strange shape and then I don't know why anyone would make something that isn't standard across the board to fit all computers.
