Help with buying a vinyl cutter

Hey Im looking to get a vinyl cutter..
I would prefer cheaper options if there is any viable ones??

Would like it to be multi purpose, clothes, signage etc.

Also at least 24"

Can I please get some help I have no idea whats good and whats not..

I am sure you will get several different opinions on this one, in fact there is a discussion comparing a few brands somewhere on the forum. I have been using a CoPam now for over 6 years and have no complaints. If it was to die today I would order a new one tomorrow without hesitation. The only drawback to them is that they do not have the optics for contour cutting.
