Help with Aqueous Transfer

I need some help after 5 hours of trying to print from True Pix 13x19 transfer paper and TexPrint XP paper 8.5x11. I'll try to make this short. I have previously used TexPrint on my Canon 6300 using pigment ink and heat pressing to a white 100% T-shirt and it worked. I needed to have 13x19 paper is I bought True Pix for the 12 color printer (Canon) and when I printed, nothing transferred. Called Alpha Supply and apparently the True Pix can not be used for pigment ink. Rescaled the artwork and printed on the TexPrint paper at 400 degrees for 60 seconds. Still nothing transferred. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance! Btw. the t-shirt is light yellow. I also tried white just in case it was the colored shirt for whatever reason and it still didn't transfer.
