help with amount of sizes to purchase for a show

hello i am looking to sell some of my custom designed Volkswagen t shirts at an upcoming show and i am looking for some advice regarding sizing and colours.

sizing wise i am ordering 200 t shirts for this show a third of these will be for children and a third for men and a third for women . what i would like to know is what percentage do i allocate each size if i am ordering s,m,l,xl,xxl for men and women and then what is the best range of sizes for children?
