Help W/Good Starter HeatPress Equipment

Hi, Im new to the T-Shirt Biz. Wanted to know what HeatPress Clamp machines are good to use and last. Also wanted to know about what printers or transfer paper would be of better use to start. If y'all can help put together a start kit that would be greatly appreciated. I live in the Los Angeles CA area. Maybe theirs something near buy where I can purchase same day or online. budget is between $500-1000. Thank you all.
