I was just ready to start a rush order when my software dongle just stopped working. It had been working only 15 minutes earlier so I am at a loss as to what to do and with this rush order that has to be done. Does anyone know if you can use any embroidery software to send designs to a Toyota ESP 9000. I have called tech support but they no longer support this software so they are no help at all. Any help or suggestions any one could give to get me out of this jam I would really be grateful. Chris

I have been using the Pantograms Designer Series which they no longer support but it works for me so I saw no reason to upgrade until now. I normally put the design in the software and it transfers it to the machine. I am a visual type person so this works for me, now I'm not sure what to do. Chris

No, my machine does not have a place for a flash drive. It does have a floppy drive I can use and have been using as a work around but I would rather send it from my computer. I am a visual person and like to see what is going to the machine. I guess I was just wondering if there were any other programs that could send the design to the machine via com port or if I am stuck just getting another program from Pantograms which I am sure will not be cheap.

Thanks for all your help, I managed to find a solution online. I was able to repaired the rainbow driver and that seems to have done the trick. I keep thinking I will need something down the road if the dongle does this again and repairing the rainbow driver doesn't work. I always make a floppy just in case and to keep if I get a repeat order. Thank God I did, so I was able to finish my rush order until I able to find the fix I needed.
