ok i have a swf/b t1501 single head when it goes to do a thread cut it stops like it binds up if i go and turn the main shaft it lets go like as if it was spring loaded i checked everything mes cam foreword all working good seems like it might be up in the head any idea where to start to look ? and what it could be ? any help would be greatly appreciated!!:confused::confused:

on the back in front of the timing wheel there is a plate with 4 screws, take that off and see if something is binding in there. You may need to oil or grease it.

belts and gears all look good from timing wheel down made sure mes cam and everything was greased well still happening if I run wiper test and cam test they all work great only on a trim function it does this the machine sews great

take off the cover on the top of the sewing arm and see if anything is binding there. If that isn't it then look at the hook, hook timing, needle bars.

Does it happen on every needle?
