Help, ricoh 7000 gone from printer listing ?

Hello,

I am not very computer able. And i seem to have lost my listing for my ricoh gx 7000 from my printer section on my computer. Now i need to do a head clean and cannot get to it. But is coming up in list so i can print. If i use the drop down box?
It was a real pain and took two techies 3 hrs to get it onto my list in first place. Not sure if anyone can help. But i am hoping so. As i really need some help here. And my tech girl has left and i am looking for new one now.
