When you hit reply or edit you will see below the Additional Options the option to ATTACH FILES and a clickable Manage Attachements.
Hit that , choose your file, making sure its one of the acceptable formats and right size and upload. If its not the right file extension just zip it up and then upload it.

yeah this is all fine and good and don't want to sound smarmy but this site is for people to learn how to do things on their own, not for people to do the work for them.
if that's what you are looking for go to the referrals section of the forum and ask for a graphic designer to do it. hey they might do it for freed but remember, there is no file sharing allowed here.
how are you ever going to be able to produce images yourself without learning your software? if you don't want to spend the time doing that then get used to spending money on graphic artists that do.
it's easy enough to post the image and ask 'how do i do this' and learn the processes yourself rather than having these newbies come in and do it for nothing for you for some reason.
