I need some help with the artwork a client supplied me. I'm fairly new at all of this, and I'm teaching myself by a lot of trial and error (more error!)

This is the PDF file I received from the client. I thought I would just go ahead and remake the logo using that file as my guide. I'm having a hard time making the "circles" Is there some easy way to do this? I created 2 arcs but for some reason I can not keep them evenly spaced apart.

So you need the gradient created as well if not I can just do that for you in like 5 mins

I don't want gradient. I just want to have solid red to solid blue there instead.

Since you are new to this I would suggest advanced artists corel tutorials. I am currently taking them and a design like this is right down the corel draw wheel house
