HELP questions about EGX-350

:mad::mad::mad:I have had a EGX-350 for almost 2 years and have made 1 shirt. My goal is by the end of this month is to have it up and working paying for itself!!!!

Problem #1 the computer I am wanting to set it up on that has internet capablities & an operating system is a 64 bit,-- and the egx-350 needs a 32-bit operrating system.

Do I just have to use another computer?

I do not own this product, but I found a link to the drivers.

Can you use the 64bit driver update that is on this link?

When going to the link below click on the "drivers" tab and it will open a list of all the available.

If that doesn't work for you, try posting your question in the Roland Support Forums. They are normally really great about answering and helping!

I have been trying to contact the forum at roland for approx. 4 weeks, I need to have my login reset. I have called several times and e-mailed them also.. I just got off the phone again, Expecting a call today to maybe get this issue resolved. I'm not giving up. By the end of the month I'm going to have a post on the forum that I have the EGX-350 producing templetes.

Great!!! I now can get on roland support. Issue # 2 solved.. Look out EGX-350 machine tomorrow is my day. I have support starting at 9 am and I am 1 step closer to meeting my goal of getting this machine paying for itself by the end of the month.
