[Help] printing white on black with some color efects

Hi everyone, im a little newbie here and really need help on this.

I need to print an image that is almost white with inner and outer glow, the background might be black or any other dark colour as dark brown.

I don't even know if screen printing is the best way to do this. Attached is a draft of how the effect would look like. *Any* help on this will be much apreciated!

research vector art stuff and maybe do a dotted fade? big dots to small dots.
i dont know how much space you have for the fade out part...but that could be a viable option
