I burned two screen, but the text inside the number not washing out(not coming out good)I used different time to exposure the screen
I have 1500mh, first I use 1mins 15 seconds, then I used 1mins 30 seconds

Did you output your film with the image side up? If you have the exposure correct and your film is nice and black, chances are your problem is with the image being on the wrong side of the film.

Yes, the 2014 came out nice, but not the small text inside the number
So I don't know if is because the text inside the numbers "2014 are too small

Instead of increasing your exposure time try decreasing by 10 sec from your original exposure time....you could have undercutting......also what mesh count are you using and is it white mesh or yellow....what is the emulsion?

If your image is not washing out its overexposed, which can also indicate light opacity films, improper contact to screen. Decrease your time. There is nothing that shouldn't expose I usually do a few similar projects a year.
