ok hopefully someone can help me, i have a rabbit hx720, its connected to my mac with a serial to usb adapter. i have downloaded adobe illistrator, adobe says that the program will communiicate withthe plotter. and it seems that the computer doesnt even recognize the plotter? i installed the driver for the usb adapter, and the plotter is on. please help

umm, good question how would i find that out and i its connected with a serial port didnt think it mattered

Yes, it matters because the drivers that run the cutter are either Windows and/or Mac. If the drivers are Windows only, then you would need to run a Window emulator on your Mac.

Where did you purchase your cutter?

i didnt purchase it it was given to me i guess i should try window i have an old laptop that has windows on it. i guess it was windows before thats what the guy said he used that gave it to me. damn ok
