Hey Guys,

Saw this awesome shirt on an online fashion blog (http://shop.notjustalabel.com/unisex/1595) and was wondering what techniques were used to accomplish the watercolor effect of the graphic. Is it really fine half tones or do you think that it was perhaps hand painted? Any help would be much appreciated

The website link says it was created with a DTG printer, however I have seen some guys/gals that can do halftone jobs that look as good.

DTG means direct to garment printing. It is a machine made by more that a few companies these days. Pretty much Pioneered by Scott Fresner at USSreen who unfortunaly has gone out of business but still has a lot of information about it available on his site at www.t-biznetwork.com look there for help.. It basically is an inkjet printer set up to take art right from your computer just like sending it to your HP color printer...
