I'm a new OKI user. I have been waiting a few years to get myself one and now I just got a brand new sealed OKI C711WT. It doesn't have the warranty, but I didn't mind as it was all sealed up. However I have downloaded and installed drivers and now go it showing the printer options in my print dialog box when printing directly from Adobe Illustrator CC. but most of my print has lines (perfect spaced) through my print, no idea why. any thoughts?

Seem to only affect images with magenta in them. I have 100% toner levels as this really on an unused machine. maybe I am missing something?

I would recommend a call to Okidata support on this. Even though it is out of warranty, I have found them to be more than willing to diagnose issues and recommend solutions.

I would just place a call to their service center. I believe their number is 1-800-OKIDATA. I've spoken with them numerous times over the years, even at some pretty odd hours. They're available 24/7.
