I knew it was mistake taking this project on today but it was the only time I had available so no support.
to make things worse I had my training over 2 months ago so haveing problems remembering some stuff
I can not seem to figure out how to set up the autocleans on the neoflex panel. When I push the function key it just toggle from off to on. The up/down just change the value of the first item. and the forward button does nothing. All this is different to what the manual says. I know this is important and hope someone can tell me what i am doing wrong.

Welcome to NeoFamily!
Two months? I can even remember yesterday. Lol? I hope you know repeat train is open to all NeoFamily at no charge. Just bring 6pack.
Go to option auto clean put hours in as you wish it. Increase timing as you go. Humidity High less, low more. It will not do anything until time runs out.
You can call Tigers even holiday. Today is my son Justin went to fishing but he will answer to you with greeting and welcome to NeoFamily. 917-495-3075 if he cannot answer cuz too busy to catch big fish in deep ocean call your sales rep. 267-250-0205 all are cell number. 1. hit the functions button
2. press standby 3 times
3. than it will be on auto cleans
4. figure out your room temp and humidity level to calculate how many hours to put on autocleans
(me personally my room temp 75 degrees humidity 50 and have 6 hr auto clean, in winter my humidity was like 25 degrees and needed 5 hrs autoclean)
6. use up and down to change hrs on autoclean
7. thats it now print some killer shirts

Yes Peter thanks so much.
Got a hold of Justin in the late afternoon.
Sorry to bother on a holiday but it was just the only time I had and did not want to leave the machine with not knowing what is happening. I still have to get some test prints going and get up to par with the rip software.
I still got to get the Viper One going too. On top of finishing this weeks orders, almost too bussssy
thanks again
I look forward to seeing you all at the NBM in Indy

Heaven look no further if you are searching for quality service and support (not to mention a good machine) these guys (and gals) are the best service support team you are going to find out there. As a neoflex owner for the past 2 plus years they have always been there when we needed them. You will always speak to one of the techs who will walk you through anything you need.

After you purchase the neoflex you don't feel left in the dark, they are always a phone call, email, or Skype call away. Let's not forget about the other neoflex owners out there, we all help each other out as you can see from this forum. In fact if you have any questions we would be glad to answer.
