Ok so this last week I have tried all sorts of laser self weeding papers on light and dark garments. They all tend to feel very crispnand papery if it’s a fairly big sized image. If it’s an image with lots of spacing then it’s not so bad as the t shirt has movement, but if it’s a block image the colour looks great but it hasn’t a very tacky noisy papery feel to it. Is there’s an answer to this solution?

There is no perfect solution yet for transfers on cotton garments. All transfers, by their very nature, lie on top of the weave. Methods such as sublimation produce beautiful soft prints because the ink is 'in' the weave, however you are then limited to 100%, white or light, garments.

Other options available to you are screen printing, plastisol transfers, or DTG.
