Help needed with Magento site

I have been given a file by one of our suppliers which will allow us to display all their products with real time stock levels on our site, so as our customers can click and buy the product they want.

I know nothing about how to get it onto our site, all I know is I need to FTP it on their but that is out of my league.

Anybody here reasonably priced capable of doing this for us?

By the way I will ask a lot of questions too so be prepared to take that on with the job
