Hello,

I have brought myself the following:

Epson B1100 Printer
Ink + CIS
Sub Paper
36 Mugs
Heat Press

Please can someone help me, when i seem to print them out they come out really dull and faded, i put the transfer onto the mug and in the mug press (175c 210 seconds currently).

Take the mug out and still really dull and faded.
How can i change this result i want a bright and gloss looking professional finish.

Please can you guys give me some tips and advice.

We will need a little more info
What ink are you using , is it real sublimation ink?
Is the paper tight on the MUG ?
Next I would do 200C or 400 Deg start at 3 Min peel the paper hot
are the mugs coated for sublimation

Also, are you printing on the correct side of the paper? One side will be brighter white than the other, print on the brighter side.

Agree. 175 deg C = 347 degs F ... to low. 200 C is a good temp.

400 degrees 5 minutes work for us, print on the brite white side. we also drop ours in water helps keep from ink migration. make sure your press gets to 400. good luck uncletee
