The logos sucks and he does not want it changed in any way? Why does it suck? Is it because the resolution is low or the design looks lousy? If the design looks terrible and he does not want to change it then let him go somewhere else or just do what he wants. If the image has a low resolution and "sucks" because it is scanned from a shirt, then you do need to upload the image otherwise no one can help you

Sucks is very subjective when it comes to design. Most designs I do. I'll put together 3 or 4 ideas and let the customer choose. Its surprising how many times the clients picks what I consider the worst one. Not that its bad ... just not what I would consider the best choice. Bottom line .... if the customer's happy then I'm happy.

I'm in lake county also so I'm probably just down the street and I'm sure I could help you out. If you want to PM me please do so and I'll take a look at it.

Here are some places to have the scanned picture vectorized (which is what I think is your best thing to do if you can't do it your self).

Raster to Vector Conversion Service from The Vector Doctor
VECTOR ART - Convert Raster Files To Vector Graphics | CopyArtwork.com .::. Home
Vector Magic Precision Bitmap To Vector Conversion Online

Don't give your customer the vector artwork if you have it done, he does not own the vector, only copyright on using the logo. Sell him the vector file letting him know he can then use it to print his logo on anything.

It seems you have the difficult part sorted out. As to the missing security code, I think the admin has taken some measures to avoid spamming. Try clicking that report bad post button(at the bottom of each post) and inform them of your problem.
