Had this problem, at the end it was bad position of sensor on main drive encoder on L1800.

I finally noticed looking at the Status Monitor,, it said General error.. Boban, I am not sure what you
mean (main drive encoder)

Just now i uploaded the video showing whats going on with the printer. I went to the stylus monitor there it shown as General Error.. Here is the vid. https://youtu.be/Nuk2fije_Sc

Problem is solved.. one of the APG rotating gear teeth damaged when head crashed, also one of the wires was off from the Apg motor. After replacing the APG ASSY and reposition the spur gear everything was fine..

When I give print I am going to error
Error is paper jam or out of paper
are the settings in acrorip correct?
