Help! need company for printed vinyl

I have a customer that needs 5 banners front and back with a logo dead center. The logo is full color which I do not do. The banners they are trying to replace have a 22"x18" color logo on vinyl what was applied to the banner. Does any one know where I can have these made, I would hate to lose this bid.
