I have a few, quick questions. I've used the search feature and can't find the answer.

I'm under the impression that I can use a neck tag with just my company's legal name. I know of a few brands that use only their legal name, with the RN printed on the poly bag and wash instructions included elsewhere. Is that legal in the U.S.?

Can I use neck tags with only my brand name if I include wash instructions/etc. ANYWHERE else or do the instructions have to be on the garment itself?

In the US, labels need to affixed to the garment and include: Full corporate name or RN number, Country of origin, Fiber content and Wash instructions.
