Hello,
I have a Roland plotter the Camm-1 servo AKA Roland GX-24. I have had & used this plotter for about 5 years now. For the past year it hasn't been used.
Now I am trying to get her up and running again and am having trouble and hope someone can assist me.
I am operating on a macOS Big Sur version 11.2.3
My plotter is plugged in thru USB directly to my new desktop iMac.
I have Adobe Creative Cloud 2021
I have downloaded the Roland Cut Studio Plug-In for illustrator.
Now when I select a vector it won't show it in the CutStudio plug in.
I have attached 2 photos below to help explain.

Not sure what to do to make it read my cutlines/output.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Try using it manually; If you're using illustrator you'll need to save your cutlines file as an .eps file type & when the eps options box pops up set the version to Illustrator 8 EPS & change the Format to none. None of the other settings matter so save & save again ignoring file type warning. Once you've saved open Cut Studio & "Import" your .eps file. If this fails there's an issue with Cut Studio, if this succeeds then your current problem is the plug in between Illustrator & Cut Studio.

I don’t see anything that says import .eps? In cut studio

I'm on a pc so may display differently but the functionality of Cut Studio will be the same, so there must be an import function somewhere. The 3 horizontal lines in the top r/h/s of your Cut Studio screenshot is a menu, have you looked into that?

Crop marks, connection, preference & help are in the drop down menu...none of which have any import option...
