help my Ricoh printer lines
Hello,
Hi am starting to print mugs . Got a nice Ricoh GXe7700 Sublimation printer. And has now started to get lines across the copys we are making? So cannot do mugs as wasting ink ect.
Can anyone tell me what i should be doing to correct this problem. As we have only had printer 3 weeks. And i am not very techie?
So any help would be very welcome. Hope it is simple thing.
