Help! My DOE t-shirt (green with butterflies) has worn out!

Hello!
I bought a t-shirt in the UK a few years ago that has become my favourite. Its now almost worn out :( and I'd really really like to replace it.

What I know about it...
  • Details on label: RN#0100520, CA#02595
  • Made by DOE
  • Sold in Urban Outfitters in the UK
  • T-shirt is bright green with loads of butterflies all over the front
I've tried looking everywhere I can think of using Google, but with no luck - was wondering if anyone could help me??!
