If I wanted them to look perfect I would charge $9.61 and add a underbase print. If I was just going to p/f/p gold then I would charge $7.20.

Total=178.32
Price per shirt=7.43
Additional mark-up for quantity would make it go to $9 per shirt

This is assuming that this is just regular gold plastisol ink with an underbase

gold on white underbase = $8.20 ea. all inclusive
