I have a problem with my Creation cr-630 vinyl cutter plotter. I have windows xp sp2. I use Flexisign pro7.6v2. I starting a test cut, than te computer write a massage:
Runtime error!
Program:c:/program files/Flexisign pro7.6v2/Program/App2.exe
Abnormal program termination

The plotter not working, and i dont no why.
Please help.

Does it say anything else? An error code or any other files that may have crapped out as well?

Have you tried calling the vendor you got it from or the company that made it? There may already be a fix for it if this has happened to other users in the past. Might be some info in an FAQ on the company site maybe.
