help me choose a vinyl cutter

hi everybody i need some help please i want ot buy a vinyl cuter to make my own tshirts. start my lil bussines any advice what cutter shoul i buy. is this one good i found it in craigslist for 400 ? The MH-871 34 inch vinyl cutter

Why are you using a vinyl cutter to make shirts? I suppose I may know your reasoning behind it but just think how limited you will be.
