[Chris BAYFITTED]

Hello everyone im new here this is my first post. i havent introduced my self to the community yet my name is chris and i need, help i've been trying to cut my flocking without uneven edges. i've test cut about 50+ squares and i cant seem to get the corners perfect i've tried all 8 offset values, my dip switchs are set as follows 4,5,6 are set to 4=heavy up, 5=fine up, 6=enable smooth down. 7, 8 down. i've adjusted the depth of the blade holder and the cutting force. and cannot get the square even on all four corners. top two corners are either rounded or does not cut all the way threw. help please
oh and the manufacturer wont help me + there online help tutorials don't work... i would appreciate any suggestions thanks chris
